Almost all Cayley maps are mapical regular representations

چکیده
Cayley maps are combinatorial structures built upon graphs on a group. As such the original group embeds in their of automorphisms, and one can ask which situation two coincide (one then calls map a mapical regular representation or MRR) with what probability. The first question was answered by Jajcay. In this paper we tackle probabilistic version, prove that as groups get larger proportion MRRs among all Maps approaches 1.

Almost all Regular Graphs are Hamiltonian
In a previous paper the authors showed that almost all labelled cubic graphs are hamiltonian. In the present paper, this result is used to show that almost all r-regular graphs are hamiltonian for any fixed r ≥ 3, by an analysis of the distribution of 1-factors in random regular graphs. Moreover, almost all such graphs are r-edge-colourable if they have an even number of vertices. Similarly, al...

Skoviera, M. and J. ‘&Iii, Regular maps from Cayley graphs, Part i: Balanced Cayley maps, Discrete Mathematics IO9 (1992) 265-276. A Cayley map is a Cayley graph 2-cell embedded in some orientable surface so that the local rotations at every vertex are identical. Two types of Cayley maps are introduced: the balanced and antibalanced Cayley maps. In Part 1, conditions are given uuder which a bal...
متن کاملRegular Cayley maps for finite abelian groups
A regular Cayley map for a finite group A is an orientable map whose orientation-preserving automorphism group G acts regularly on the directed edge set and has a subgroup isomorphic to A that acts regularly on the vertex set. This paper considers the problem of determining which abelian groups have regular Cayley maps. The analysis is purely algebraic, involving the structure of the canonical ...
متن کاملAlmost all almost regular c-partite tournaments with cgeq5 are vertex pancyclic
A tournament is an orientation of a complete graph and a multipartite or c-partite tournament is an orientation of a complete c-partite graph. If D is a digraph, then let d + (x) be the outdgree and d ? (x) the indegree of the vertex x in D. The minimum (maximum) out-degree and the minimum (maximum) indegree of D are denoted by + ((+) and ? ((?), respectively. In addition, we deene = minf + ; ?...
